She is a seasoned yogic healer with 15 years of experience spanning Yoga, Ayurveda, Thai Massage & Tantra Healing she also has extensive training in Non Duality Entheogenic exploration. Her transformative journey began under the guidance of Yogi Amrit Desai, founder of Amrit Yoga, a lineage deeply rooted in esoteric practices like shaktipat kundalini yoga. Further enriching her expertise, Angel trained at the Vedic Conservatory under the visionary “Mukti” Michael Buck, a pioneer in championing Vedic Bodywork, an ancient Southeast Asian art, emphasizing therapeutic qualities infused with “Metta,” love and kindness. Angel’s journey continued with Ayurvedic Vidya Light Miller, one of just 18 practitioners globally teaching Kaya Kalpa, an Ayurvedic Mystical Medicine lineage, offering profound insights from India’s oldest healing tradition. Her recent studies at Somananda Tantra School with Somananda, a renowned spiritual yogi Tantra Teacher and author, further solidify her holistic approach to yogic and Tantric healing for physical health spiritual growth and emotional self mastery.

Her specialization extends to prenatal and postpartum Pilates, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers at every stage.Sadie also teaches Toa Tantra for couples and a deep understanding of Kundalini & Non Dual Energy Activations.In addition to her Pilates certifications, Sadie holds a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) Sports Massage Certification, providing a well-rounded approach to physical fitness and recovery. Her commitment to holistic wellness is further evidenced by her Energy Medicine Certification from CSU and Reiki II Certification, integrating energy work into her sessions for a mind-body-spirit connection
